Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Buddha bowl: quinoa, roasted veggies, cucumber, peanuts, green coconut curry sauce. Add chicken, ahi or tofu.

*Spaghetti squash “Parmesan”: roasted vegetable marinara, fresh mozzarella, choice of  roasted eggplant or chicken

*Caribbean jerk: chicken thigh, salmon or tofu. Marinated greens, potato & dried mango salad

*Smoked chili seared pork chop, scallop or tofu, sweet potato & black bean hash, asparagus

 Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Mediterranean flatbread: hummus, olives, sundried tomato, goat cheese. Side salad

*Super food salad: greens, berries, kidney beans, walnuts, chia seeds, green goddess dressing

*Asian tofu salad: greens, radish, cucumbers, edamame, peanuts. Sweet sriracha dressing

* Carrot, chickpea salad: greens, apricots, pepitas, feta, honey cumin dressing

 A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh) NEW

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Roasted assorted vegetables

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
