Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Veggie fried rice (jasmine or cauliflower): carrots, peas, peppers, sprouts, scallion, peanuts, Add chicken, shrimp or tofu

*Meatloaf (beef, turkey or chickpea), roasted chimmichurri potatoes & broccoli

*Roasted sweet potatoes, black bean, kale, apple & goat cheese. Add spicy chicken sausage or tempeh.

*Ramen bar: miso or pork broth, rice noodles, roasted portabellas, corn, egg, scallion (packaged separately to preserve freshness). Add pork, chicken or tofu

  

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Chef salad: greens, turkey, bacon, egg, cheddar & vinaigrette 

*Greek salad: greens, kalamata olives, red onion, zaatar feta, and herb vinaigrette

*Rustic tomato soup & grilled cheese sandwich

*Soup & salad (choice of chicken, miso or tomato)

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Cashew coconut energy balls with Cocao (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Slow cooked oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Miso & vegetable soup (vegan & delicious!)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
