* Island bowl: quinoa, kale, roasted veggies, pineapple, pepitas & coconut jalapeño lime dressing. Add chicken, ahi tuna or cauli steak

* Lemon thyme chicken thigh, cod or portobello confit.  Garlic potatoes with greens

*Roasted Vegetable Caesar: broccoli, brussel sprouts, beets, capers & horseradish Caesar, fresh Parmesan. Add chicken, shrimp or tofu

*Black bean, black olive, scallion & feta farro salad. Add chicken, pork chop or tofu 


Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

Hummus, roasted veg & pinto bean quesadilla, side salad

Brie, cheddar & apple panini, honey mustard. Side salad. 

Garden salad: greens, carrots, radish, chickpea, red onion, sunflower seeds, hard boiled eggs goddess dressing

Soup & Salad: chicken vegetable or lemon miso, side salad


A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Steel cut oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, seed & nut mix (8 oz)

Spice & garlic Lemon Miso soup with cabbage, peanuts (cold buster!)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Cashew coconut energy balls with Cocao (1 dozen, a healthy little nosh)

Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
