Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Buddah bowl: quinoa, roasted peppers, carrots, cucumber, radish, peanuts & Honey Miso sauce.  Add chicken, ahi or tofu

*Crispy beet salad: greens, caramelized onion, pistachios, feta & lemon tahini dressing. Add chicken, salmon or cauliflower steak

*Garlic butter cauliflower gnocchi: eggplant, grape tomatoes, spinach & fresh Parmesan. Add chicken, shrimp or Portobello caps

*Sweet potato, kale & lentil stew. Add spicy chicken sausage or tempeh. Corn bread

  

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Chef salad: greens, turkey, bacon, egg, cheddar & vinaigrette 

*Pressed tuna melt. Side salad

*Asian green bean & cashew salad: greens, red onion, sesame viniagrette

*Soup (16 oz.) & side salad (choice of any soup or lentil stew)

 

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Cashew coconut energy balls with Cocao (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Slow cooked oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Miso & vegetable soup (vegan & delicious!)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
