Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Eggplant or chicken Parmesan, garlic seared spinach

*Mediterranean Farro salad: sun dried tomato, artichoke, olive tapenade & feta. Add mahi mahi, chicken or cauliflower steak

*Green hatch chili roasted veggie tacos. Add chicken, flounder or tofu. Four or corn tortillas

*Baked penne with butternut squash, gorganzola, arugula. Choice of chicken, bacon or Portobello caps

*Antioxidant Salad: seared greens, corn, kidney beans, red onion, walnuts & green goddess dressing. Add chicken or tempeh

  

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Caesar salad: croutons, Parm, zesty Caesar dressing. Add chicken or tofu

*Veggie Quesadilla: hummus, roasted veggies, cheddar. Side salad

*Island chicken salad: greens, red onion, dried mango, pepita, jerk vinaigrette

*Soup (16 oz.) & side salad (choice of any soup below)

Cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Slow cooked oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Coconut curry butternut squash bisque (vegan & delicious) NEW

Miso & vegetable soup (vegan & delicious!)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
