Dinner ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Slow cooked smoky collard greens: roasted sweet potatoes, peppers & black beans. Add chicken, shrimp or tempeh

*Buffalo chicken or cauliflower salad: greens, pickled onion, carrots, cucumber, celery & blue cheese dressing

*Madras curry lentils & rice: spinach, feta & tomato ginger jam. Add chicken, salmon & tofu

*Old school pot roast or Portobello cap: smashed potatoes, broccoli & carrots.

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Caesar salad. Add chicken or tofu

*Egg & asparagus salad: greens, red onion, Parmesan, herb vinaigrette

*Soup (12oz chicken veg or miso veg) & side garden salad

*Bacon, apple & brie panini. Side salad

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Slow cooked oats (12 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Miso & vegetable soup (vegan & delicious!)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Roasted seasonal vegetables
