* Sweet potato, fig & pecan farro, seared greens. Choice of chicken, salmon or tempeh

* Lemon herb roasted chicken, flounder or mushroom & fennel. Mashed cauliflower, broccoli

* Island Bowl: brown rice, roasted veggies, greens, dried mango, pepita, jerk vinaigrette. Add chicken, ahi or tofu

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

* Mediterranean flatbread: hummus, sundried tomato, olive feta, Side salad

* Antioxidant salad: greens, berries, kidney beans, walnuts, chia seeds, green goddess dressing

* Curry chicken salad, pita, greens

*Turkey, cheddar & roasted pepper Panini. Side salad

Cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Mock tuna salad: chickpea, carrot, celery, onion, pickle, herb mayo

Slow cooked oats (12 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Miso & vegetable soup (vegan & delicious!)
