Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* BBQ pulled pork, chicken or Jackfruit wraps (flour tortilla or lettuce), apple broccoli slaw

* Baked penne (gf available): blue cheese, caramelized onion & arugula. Add chicken or portabella cap

* Indian stewed tomato, cauliflower, potatoes, chickpea & spinach, quinoa. Choice of chicken, tofu or cod

* Blackened chicken thigh, ahi or cauliflower steak. Red beans & brown rice, greens

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

* Sesame chicken or tofu salad, greens

* Pressed BAT (bacon avocado tomato). Side salad

* Apricot & tempeh salad: greens, red onion, pepita, feta & honey cumin dressing

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Cashew coconut cocoa energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Mock tuna salad: chickpea, carrot, celery, onion, pickle, herb mayo

Slow cooked oats (12 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
