Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* Spaghetti squash, sundried tomato, arugula, cannellini bean, pesto. Add chicken or Portobello

* Green coconut curry Quinoa bowl: peppers, bok choy, cabbage, peanuts. Add chicken, shrimp or tofu  

* Turkey or veggie meatloaf, roasted potatoes & broccoli

* Roasted root veggies, spinach, pistachios, goat cheese & honey. Add chicken, salmon or tempeh

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

* Veggie wrap: hummus, greens, roasted tomato, cucumbers, olive & feta. Side salad

* Crust less quiche: cheddar, black bean & avocado. Side salad

*Asian tofu salad: green, cucumber, radish, peanuts & sweet Sriracha dressing

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $1

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Mock tuna salad: chickpea, carrot, celery, onion, pickle, herb mayo

Slow cooked oats (12 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
