Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* Eggplant or chicken Parmesan, seared spinach

* Ginger sesame vegetable “fried” rice. Add salmon, chicken or tofu

* Maple roasted butternut squash with fennel, apple & pecans. Add chicken, pork chop, or tempeh

* Roasted tomato, olive & artichoke salad with quinoa tabbouleh. Add chicken, ahi or cauliflower steak.

 

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

* Caesar salad. Add chicken or tofu

* Curry chicken (or chickpea) salad lettuce wraps

* Chef salad: hard-boiled egg, ham, cheddar, tomato, cucumber, greens, oil & vinegar dressing

* Cheddar, tomato & guacamole Panini. Side salad

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Mock tuna salad: chickpea, carrot, celery, onion, pickle, herb mayo

Slow cooked oats (12 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
