Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* Lemon herb cauliflower gnocchi: tomato, broccoli, spinach, capers, fresh parmesan. Add chicken, bacon or Portobello cap

* “Fish & Chips”: madras curry sunflower seed crusted cod or tofu, roasted potato & sweet potato wedges, lime cilantro aioli, green beans

* Stuffed roasted peppers: ground turkey or tempeh, quinoa, black beans, pepitas, queso blanco, scallion

*Ramen bar (packaged separately for freshness), 32oz ginger miso broth, rice noodles, cabbage & carrots, jalepeno, peanuts. Add chicken, shrimp, tofu

 

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

* Middle eastern chicken salad: chickpeas, cucumber, feta, red onion, zaatar yogurt, pita

* Honey Sriracha roasted veggie salad: tofu, peppers, carrots, beans, scallion, mixed greens

* Ham, apple & Brie Panini. Side salad

* Crustless quiche: asparagus, leek & cheddar. Side salad

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Mock tuna salad: chickpea, carrot, celery, onion, pickle, herb mayo

Slow cooked oats (12 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

*** Delivery fee of $10 Westside / $15 eastside. Minimum of $75 for delivery
