Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Spaghetti squash Pad thai: carrots, sprouts, peanuts, scallions, Pad Thai sauce (gf). Choice of chicken, shrimp or tofu

*Sweet potato, asparagus & fig Farro salad. Choice of chicken, salmon or Portabella cap

*Lemon thyme roasted chicken thigh or tempeh, roasted peppers, mashed cauliflower,

*Lentils with tahini beets, caramelized onion, pistachios & feta. Choice of chicken, shrimp or cauli steak

 

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Roasted Corn, tomato & chickpea salad: greens, cucs, red onion, feta, avocado dressing

*Green coconut curry quinoa lettuce wraps. Add chicken or tofu

*Crustless quiche: gruyere, mushrooms & scallion. Side salad

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Mock tuna salad: chickpea, carrot, celery, onion, pickle, herb mayo

Slow cooked oats (12 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Miso & vegetable soup
