Nicoise salad: seared Ahi tuna or cauliflower steak, potatoes, green beans, hard cooked egg, Kalamata olives, goddess dressing
Eggplant or chicken Parmesan
Tahini roasted cabbage, fennel & asparagus with pistachios. Add chicken, salmon or garlic tofu
Warm fajita salad: power greens, sofrito, 3 beans, feta, pepitas. Ancho pulled pork, chicken or tempeh
Lemon parmesan cauliflower gnocchi, roasted tomatoes, broccoli, artichokes. Add bacon, chicken, shrimp or portabella cap
Lunch ($15 single person portion)
Curry chicken salad, greens, pita
Pressed turkey, cheddar & avocado panini. Side salad
Chef salad. Turkey, bacon, tomato, egg, cheddar, herb dressing
A la Carte (32oz) $15
Steel cut oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, seed & nut mix
Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)
Roasted assorted vegetables
Lemon Miso soup with cabbage, peanuts
Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
