Roasted eggplant, tomatoes, squash, arugula, capers, goat cheese. Add chicken, scallops or tempeh

Brown rice or cauliflower rice, roasted peppers & cabbage, carrots, cucumber, peanuts, coconut jalapeno lime dressing. Add chicken, salmon or tofu

Lemon Herb Confit

Chicken thigh, cod or cauliflower fennel leek.  Roasted potatoes & greens

Smoked Chili Carnitas

pulled pork, chicken, flounder or mushroom medley, flour or corn tortillas, 3 bean quinoa salad, smashed avocado

Turkey Meatloaf

With sweet potato steak fries, broccoli

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

Crustless Quiche

Swiss, leek & bacon or mushrooms, side salad

Island Chicken & Mango Salad 

Quinoa Tabbouleh

Hummus, tomato, cucumber & feta quesadilla. Side salad

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

  • Steel cut oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, seed & nut mix

  • Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

  • Roasted assorted vegetables

  • Lemon Miso soup with cabbage, peanuts

  • Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

  • Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
