Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Stuffed roasted pepper: Jasmine or cauliflower rice, roasted tomatoes, black beans, corn, queso blanco, avocado. Choice of ground beef, turkey or tempeh

* Farro salad: Asparagus, dried apricot, pistachios, and feta. Choice of salmon, pork chop or cauliflower steak

* Garlic dill sweet potato, broccoli & chickpea salad. Choice of chicken, Ahi tuna or portabella cap

* Peanut satay salad : Roasted peppers, asparagus, cabbage, edamame, peanuts, and seared greens. Choice of chicken, shrimp or tofu

*Loaded Buffalo chicken or cauliflower baked potato. Shredded chicken or cauliflower, cheddar, Franks hot sauce, roasted carrots and peppers, blue cheese yogurt. Side green salad

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Cheese Panini: cheddar, Swiss, tomato, roasted garlic shmear, sunflower seeds. Side salad

*Greek salad: chicken, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, cucumber, greens, herb vinaigrette

*Cantaloupe & crispy prosciutto salad. Pecans, red onion, greens, sweet chili dressing

 A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Steel cut oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, seed & nut mix (8oz)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Roasted assorted vegetables

Lemon Miso soup with cabbage, peanuts

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
