Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Roasted Veggie Tacos, carrot pepita slaw. Add cilantro lime pulled chicken, flounder or spicy beets. Choice of corn, flour tortillas or lettuce wraps

*Lemon garlic seared chicken breast, salmon or cauliflower steak over roasted root vegetables (beets, carrots, baby red potatoes), green beans.

*Spaghetti & GF Meatballs (beef, turkey or tofu). Smashed roasted tomato marinara, choice of pasta or spaghetti squash, fresh Parm.

* Steak or Portabella mushroom cap rice bowl. Asparagus, peas, peppers, scallion, brown or cauliflower rice, mint mustard sauce

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*BELT Panini: bacon, egg, spinach tomato, herb mayo. Side salad

*Caesar salad: Add chicken, steak or tofu. Zesty vegan Caesar dressing, fresh parm

*Fresh berry & chicken salad. Mixed greens, almonds, feta, lemon Poppyseed dressing.

*Curry chicken salad, greens & pita chips

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Steel cut oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, seed & nut mix

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Roasted assorted vegetables

Lemon Miso soup with cabbage, peanuts

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
