Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Nicoise. Ahi tuna or portabella cap, hard boiled egg, roasted potatoes, green beans, kalamata olives, capers, lemon herb dressing

*Paella: pulled chicken & shrimp (or tofu & tempeh), roasted veggies, saffron jasmine or cauliflower rice

* Polenta bowl. Pulled chicken, sausage or cauliflower, sautéed apple, garlic greens, roasted tomatoes, white beans, Asiago

*Breakfast for dinner: crust less quiche (crispy prosciutto, leek, brie OR cheddar, black bean, avocado), potato hash, fresh fruit

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Turkey, provolone, apricot chipotle jam Panini, Side salad

*Caesar salad: Add chicken, shrimp or tofu. Zesty vegan Caesar dressing, fresh parm

*Tuna melt wrap: tuna salad, carrots, chickpea, sunflower seeds, cheddar

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Steel cut oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, seed & nut mix

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Roasted assorted vegetables

Lemon Miso soup with cabbage, peanuts

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
