Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Thai peanut salad: kale, cabbage, roasted peppers, red onion, shredded carrot, mango, cilantro, peanuts. Add pulled chicken or tofu

*Lemon pesto penne (traditional or GF): broccoli, cherry tomato, cannellini beans, feta. Add chicken, cod, or portabella mushrooms

*Garlic herb rubbed pork loin, salmon or cauliflower steak. Roasted spring vegetables (beets, radish, bok choy, spinach), Greek yogurt Ranch dressing for dipping

*Caribbean jerk mahi mahi or chicken thigh. Quinoa (or cauliflower rice), pea, corn & black bean salad with cumin vinaigrette

 

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Bacon or turkey, Brie, avocado & tomato ginger jam Panini, Side salad

*Curry chicken (or tofu) salad, pita, greens

*Toasted chickpea, apricot & chicken (or Tempeh) salad. Pepitas, feta, honey coriander vinaigrette

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Roasted assorted vegetables

Lemon Miso soup with cabbage, peanuts

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
