Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* Grilled garlic herb marinated pork tenderloin or salmon, crispy zucchini cakes, arugula, lemon caper yogurt

*Roasted Caprese spaghetti squash: tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil. Add chicken, crispy prosciutto or artichokes.

* Mediterranean quinoa salad: roasted peppers, green beans, Kalamata olives, feta, lemon Zaatar dressing. Add chicken, cod or cauliflower steak

*Sweet potato, avocado & black bean tacos, carrot pepita slaw, corn or flour tortillas. Add chicken or shrimp.

 

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Chicken, smoked gouda, fig, roasted onion Panini. Side

*Chef salad. Turkey, ham, egg, tomatoes, cheddar, cucumbers, green goddess dressing

*Asian tofu salad: greens, radish, cucumbers, edamame, peanuts. Sweet sriracha dressing

 

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh) NEW

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Roasted assorted vegetables

Vegan tomato jalapeno bisque NEW

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
