Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* Middle Eastern platter: falafel or chicken shwarma, roasted tomato, feta & cucumber salad, hummus, pita

* Madras curry roasted vegetables, chickpeas, jasmine or cauliflower rice. Add chicken, salmon or tempeh

* Buddha bowl: rice noodles, roasted peppers, asparagus, cabbage, shredded carrot, peanuts, coconut jalapeno dressing. Add chicken, ahi or tofu

* Lemon, garlic confit: chicken thigh, cod or cauliflower fennel. Roasted potatoes, broccoli

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

* Gimme a Beet! Greens, beets, fresh berries, chili dusted walnuts, goat cheese, honey

balsamic dressing

* Nicoise salad. Albacore, olives, potato, green beans, hard-boiled egg, greens, goddess dressing

* Turkey Club Panini, side salad

* Chicken vegetable soup & side salad

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh) NEW

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Roasted assorted vegetables

Vegan tomato jalapeno bisque NEW
