Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* Garlic maple soy glazed pork chop, salmon or tempeh, veggie “fried” brown rice.

* Roasted peach & tomato Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella and greens. Add chicken, bacon or tofu.

* Mediterranean quinoa salad: roasted peppers, asparagus, kalamata olives, feta, lemon zaatar dressing. Add chicken, ahi or cauliflower steak

* Green chili sweet potato & black bean tacos, carrot pepita slaw, corn or flour tortillas. Add chicken or shrimp

 Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

* Turkey, white cheddar, tomato, herb mayo Panini. Side salad

* Cobb salad. Chicken, egg, tomatoes, avocado, cheddar, cucumbers, green goddess dressing

* Asian tofu salad: greens, radish, cucumbers, peanuts. Sweet sriracha dressing

* Caesar salad: romaine, fresh Parm, croutons, tofu or chicken

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Roasted assorted vegetables

Miso & vegetable soup

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
