Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* Summer polenta bowl. Roasted tomatoes, eggplant, squash, zucchini, portabella, fresh Parm & pesto drizzle. Add chicken or shrimp

*Antioxidant Salad: blueberries, kidney beans, corn, walnuts, chia seeds, queso fresco & marinated kale. Add chicken or tempeh

* Curry lentil & brown rice shag: spinach, ginger roasted tomato compote. Add chicken, salmon or tofu

* Steak & Potatoes: beef or cauliflower, caramelized onion sundried tomato potato salad with crumbled blue cheese (or not), broccoli

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Vegan “tuna” salad, greens & pita

*Peanut satay green bean salad: tofu, cabbage, red onion, greens

*Miso & vegetable soup, side salad

*Roasted BLT pita pocket

 

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh) 

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Roasted assorted vegetables

Miso & vegetable soup

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
