Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Black beans & brown rice, garlic braised greens. Add pulled pork, shrimp or tempeh

*Roasted summer veggie orzo (eggplant, tomato, zucchini, squash) in herb oil & goat cheese  Add chicken or portabello caps

*BBQ chicken thigh, salmon or tofu wedge, parmesan salt & vinegar smashed potatoes, broccoli

*Spicy Miso broth bowl: rice noodles, asparagus, peppers, cabbage, peanut, lime. Add chicken or tofu

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Mock tuna wrap melt: cheddar & sunflower seeds, greens

*Curry chicken salad, greens & pita

*Flatbread: hummus, sundried tomato, zaatar marinated feta. Side salad 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Mock tuna salad: chickpea, carrot, onion, pickle, herb mayo

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
