Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* Cauliflower “mac” & cheese & braised greens. Add chicken, bacon or portobellos

* Curry lentils & rice, turmeric ginger roasted tomatoes. Choice of salmon, chicken or tofu

* Meatloaf or veggie meatloaf (chickpea based), sweet potato wedge fries & broccoli

* Polenta bowl: roasted summer veggies, fresh Parmesan. Add chicken, scallops or tempeh

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

* Caprese salad: marinated grape tomatoes & fresh mozzarella, arugula, balsamic vinaigrette

* Turkey, cheddar & avocado Panini, side salad

* Zesty Caesar salad, add chicken or tofu, croutons

 

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Lemon cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (eggs, chimmichurri, mayo)

Mock tuna salad: chickpea, carrot, onion, pickle, herb mayo

Slow cooked oats (12 oz), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
