Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)
* Chili roasted veggie tacos. Add chicken, flounder or tempeh. Flour or corn tortillas
* Baked penne: caramelized onion, spinach, sundried tomato & blue cheese. Add chicken, bacon or Portobello
*Chicken or cauliflower shawarma & pita. Marinated kale, raisin, pickled onion & feta salad.
* Nicoise salad: potatoes, green beans, kalamata olives, hard-boiled egg, and herb vinaigrette. Add chicken, salmon or tofu
* Naked eggplant or chicken Parmesan: roasted garlic tomato compote, shredded parm, seared greens & polenta
Lunch ($15 single person portion)
*Caesar salad: chicken or tofu
*Sweet potato & black bean salad, greens, red onion, queso blanco & lime cilantro yogurt
*Turkey melt: Swiss, sauerkraut & herb mayo. Side salad
*Soup & salad (chicken veg or curry veg)
A la Carte (32oz) $15
Cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)
Egg salad (chimmichurri mayo)
Slow cooked oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)
Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
Madras curry vegetable soup (vegan and delicious)
