*Spaghetti squash peanut satay bowl: squash, cabbage, peppers, bok choy, scallions & spicy peanut sauce. Add chicken, shrimp or tofu

* Island chicken, cod or cauliflower steak, coconut rice & broccoli

*Middle eastern cous cous: figs, pistachio & feta, spinach. Add chicken or tempeh

*Pot roast or braised baby bellas, potato, carrots & sautéed greens

*Blackened salmon, chicken or tofu salad: greens, roasted grape tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, pumpkin seeds & avocado yogurt dressing

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Chicken salad, greens, pita

*Antioxidant salad: greens, kidney beans, blueberry, red onion, walnuts, corn, goddess dressing

*Panini grilled cheese: cheddar, swiss, garlicky herb shmear, sunflower seeds. Side salad

*Soup & salad (chicken veg or curry veg)

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (chimmichurri mayo)

Slow cooked oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Madras curry vegetable soup (vegan and delicious)
