Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

* Jambalaya: stewed tomato, peppers, carrots, celery & jasmine rice. Choose 2 proteins: pulled chicken, sausage, shrimp, tofu or tempeh

*Chai sweet potatoes w/ kale, black bean & goat cheese. Choice of chicken, salmon, tofu or tempeh

*Charred broccoli w/almonds, garlic, lemon & shaved parm. Choice of chicken, steak, tofu or Cauliflower steak

*Baked penne: smoked gouda, figs, caramelized onion & spinach. Choice of chicken, bacon or portabellos

*Greek Quinoa bowl: roasted tomato, kalamata olives, peppers, cucumbers, feta & tzatziki vinaigrette. Choice of chicken, salmon, tofu or tempeh

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)   

*Caesar salad with chicken or tofu

*Roasted veggie quesadilla: hummus & cheddar. Side salad

*Asian tofu salad: greens, red onion, cucumber, edamame, peanuts & miso vinaigrette

*Soup & side salad (chicken veg, madras curry or rustic tomato)

Cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (chimmichurri mayo)

Slow cooked oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Madras curry vegetable soup (vegan and delicious)

Rustic tomato soup (vegan) with focaccia croutons
