Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Green hatch chili roasted veggie & black bean tacos. Add chicken, pulled pork, flounder or tofu. Flour or corn tortillas

*Chicken or eggplant Parmesean (breaded or “naked”). Seared greens

*Crispy roasted beets with greens, pistachios, feta & lemon tahini dressing. Add chicken, salmon or cauliflower steak

*Chicken thigh, salmon or mushroom confit (slow braise in lemon herb evoo). Smashed potatoes & green beans

*Thai curry rice bowl: peppers, carrots, cabbage, cucumber, jalepeno & peanuts. Add chicken, shrimp, tofu or tempeh

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)

*Cubano sandwich: pulled pork, swiss, pickles, herb mayo & mustard. Side salad

*Mock tuna salad (chickpea, carrots, celery, sunflower seeds), greens & pita

*Antioxidant salad: greens, red onion, kidney beans, corn, walnuts, blueberry & goddess dressing

*Soup & salad (chicken or miso)

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Cocao cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Egg salad (chimmichurri mayo)

Slow cooked oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Miso with tofu, cabbage & peanuts (vegan and delicious)
