Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Chipotle roasted veggie chili. Add turkey or beef. Corn bread & cheddar

*Miso (gf) broth ramen: rice noodles, cabbage, corn, sprouts, egg & scallion. Add chicken, shrimp or tofu

*Garlic greens, bean & lentil salad with fresh Parm. Add chicken, salmon, tofu or tempeh

*Indian Tandoori Salmon, chicken or tofu. Basmati rice & charred broccoli

*Old school pot roast or cauliflower steak. Roasted carrots, potatoes & spinach

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)

*Turkey, apple, brie & dijon Panini. Side salad

*Island jerk shrimp or tofu salad: greens, dried mango, red onion, pepita & herb vinaigrette

*Crust less quiche: roasted peppers & onions, cheddar. Side salad

*Soup & salad (chicken or carrot)

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Cacao cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Mock tuna salad (chickpea, carrots, celery, pickles)

Slow cooked oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Madras curry carrot (vegan and delicious)
