Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)
*Roasted ratatouille stuffed pepper: tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, squash & chickpeas. Add chicken, shrimp, tempeh or tofu.
*Wild mushroom quinoa bowl: assorted mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus & goat cheese. Add on chicken, salmon, tofu or tempeh
*Mexican rice & beans. Add chicken, flounder or smoked chili beets
*Baked penne(gf available) with blue cheese, caramelized onion & arugula. Add chicken, bacon or portobellos.
*Lean & clean: roasted sweet potatoes & seared spinach. Add on chicken, salmon, tofu or tempeh
Lunch ($15 single person portion)
*Mediterranean flatbread: hummus, olives, sundried tomato, feta. Side salad
*Fresh berry salad: greens, spiced walnuts, red onion, goat cheese, balsamic vin
*Argentinean panini: turkey, white cheddar, chimmichurri mayo, side salad
*Carrot, chickpea salad: greens, apricots, pepitas, red onion, feta, honey cumin dressing
A la Carte (32oz) $15
Cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)
Egg salad (eggs, pickles, red onion, herb mayo)
Slow cooked oats with dried fruit & but mix
Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)
Celery juice. The health benefits are amazing!
