Dinners ($20 single/$25 couple)

*Chipotle roasted veggie chili. Add turkey, beef or tempeh. Corn bread & cheddar

*Roasted Spring vegetables (beets, bok choy, asparagus, peas) with lemon tahini dressing, pistachios & feta. Add chicken, salmon, tofu or tempeh

*Coconut madras curry chicken, shrimp or tofu. Basmati rice, broccoli & carrots

*Old school pot roast, roasted potatoes & spinach

 

Lunch ($15 single person portion)

*Asian quinoa & veggie lettuce wraps. Add chicken or tofu

*Island jerk shrimp or tofu salad: greens, dried mango, red onion, pepitas & herb vinaigrette

*Crust less quiche: roasted peppers & onions, cheddar.

*Soup & salad (chicken or carrot)

 

A la Carte   (32oz) $15

Cacao cashew coconut energy balls (1 dozen, a great healthy little nosh)

Mock tuna salad (chickpea, carrots, celery, pickles)

Egg salad

Slow cooked oats (16 oz.), dried fruit, nut & seed mix (8oz)

Chicken & vegetable soup (clean and delicious!)

Toasted cumin carrot (vegan and delicious)
